Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Robin Donovan

Air Fryer Poached Eggs are a simple and mess-free way to get perfectly cooked eggs with a soft, runny center and set whites. No more tricky water baths—just pop them in the air fryer and let it do the work. These eggs are great for a quick breakfast, brunch, or as a topping for your favorite dishes like avocado toast or grain bowls.

Ingredients

  • Oil for greasing the ramekins
  • 4 eggs
  • Seasonings as desired

Instructions

  • Spray ramekins with oil then fill with water 2/3 full.
  • Place ramekins in air fryer and cook at 400° for 5 minutes.
  • Crack one egg into each ramekin, I like to crack the egg into a measuring pitcher and then pour it into the ramekin. This reduces splashing and burns to hands.
  • For desired yolk firmness, cook the eggs at 370° for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer immediately using tongs.
  • Drain the ramekins carefully and separate the egg from the ramekin walls using a silicone spatula.
  • Wedge the egg out from the ramekin to plate and enjoy seasoned to desire or on a piece of toast, biscuit, or English muffin.
