About Robin

Hi! I’m Robin Donovan, creator and publisher of Eggs All Ways. I am a career food writer and recipe developer, and eggs might be the ingredient I’ve spent the most time thinking about across my entire career.

Smiling person with short, light brown hair, wearing a patterned scarf and rectangular earrings, looking at the camera with a blurred background.

I started out as a freelance journalist writing mostly for high-circulation print publications like Food & Wine, Cooking Light, Fitness, The Seattle Post-Intelligencer, and The San Jose Mercury News. My articles and recipes have been featured in Huffington Post, Chicago Sun-Times, Seattle Times, San Jose Mercury News, San Francisco Chronicle’s SFGate.com, Baltimore Sun, Hartford Courant, and are syndicated by the Associated Press.

Along the way, I’ve also authored more than 40 cookbooks, including the bestselling Campfire Cuisine: Gourmet Recipes for the Great Outdoors, Ramen Obsession, Sushi at Home, Deceptively Easy Dessert Cookbook, 5-Ingredient Cooking for Two, and Ramen for Beginners. You can see more of my cookbooks here.

Eggs All Ways is where I get to indulge my egg obsession directly. I also run All Ways Delicious, my hub site for recipes from around the world, and All The Noodles, all about Asian noodle dishes. My blogs have been featured in Buzzfeed, Pop Sugar, Delish, The Kitchn, Punchfork, Parade, and more.

I live, work, and consume more than my fair share of eggs in my hometown of Berkeley, California.
